Refund policy

At Drawn All Over, every print is made to order. Even so, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. We offer a 14-day return policy on all orders.

If you change your mind, simply contact hey@drawnallover.com within 14 days of receiving your print and we will provide a return label. Once the item is received back in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will replace or refund it immediately at no cost to you.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are also entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This allows you to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

This right operates alongside our own returns policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
